The terms that apply when you book a tour, day tour, hotel or Nile cruise with Explore Plus Holidays.
Booking agreement
A booking is confirmed once we issue a booking reference and receive the agreed deposit or full payment. The confirmation email, itinerary and price quoted there form the agreement between you and Explore Plus Holidays.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per person in USD unless stated otherwise and are guaranteed once your deposit is received. Optional extras, entrance fees and tips not listed as included are payable locally. Payment terms are set out in our Payments & Refund Policy.
Traveller responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, border permits, insurance and any health requirements for the countries on your itinerary. Please disclose mobility limitations or medical conditions before booking so we can plan a suitable programme.
Changes by Explore Plus
Itineraries may change due to weather, security advice, site closures or supplier availability. We always offer an equivalent alternative of the same standard. Significant changes give you the right to cancel with a full refund of amounts paid.
Liability
We act as an organiser of services supplied by hotels, cruise operators, guides and transport companies. We are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, and travel insurance is strongly recommended for every traveller.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly will be settled by the competent courts of Tel Aviv, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
